A: P10,000 is the standard reservation fee for Amaia condo units. For Amaia house and lots, it ranges from P5,000 to P10,000 depending on the house model.

A: Bank financing and in-house financing are allowed for high-rise condo developments of Amaia Land while for the mid-rise condo and house and lot developments, bank, in-house and PAG-IBIG financing are allowed.
